How do I get an invoice?
Article created 6 months agoEvery payment emails a PDF invoice automatically. You can also download any invoice from Settings → Billing. Add a VAT number there to have it printed on future invoices.

Why was I charged VAT?
Article created 6 months agoWe collect VAT or sales tax where the law requires it, based on your billing country. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
How do I update my card?
Article created 9 months agoSettings → Billing → Payment method. The new card is used from the next renewal.
