External probes hit the site, the download CDN and the API from six regions every 30 seconds. A component is marked degraded after two consecutive failures and down after five.

Subscriptions aren't billed per use, so an outage doesn't cost you anything. Team plans carry a 99.9% monthly SLA with service credits for anything below it.

Scheduled maintenance is announced 72 hours ahead and runs outside peak hours. Existing download links keep working; at most, new uploads and payouts are paused for the window.

Application servers run in the EU (Frankfurt) with a warm standby in London. Downloads are served from a global CDN with 300+ edge locations, so files come from near you.
