Yearly plans are billed once and work out to two months free compared with monthly. Switching monthly → yearly applies immediately with a prorated credit; yearly → monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
Team gives everyone their own login with shared collections, history and one invoice, from three seats. Add or remove seats from Settings → Team; billing is prorated for the current period. Team plans include the Extended licence automatically.
