Yes. Everything you've downloaded stays under Account → Downloads for as long as your account exists, even if the creator later removes the item.

Where do I find my licence for a download?

Every download has a licence certificate with an ID under Downloads. Attach it to client handoffs or send the link; anyone can verify it without an account.
