Money held, not sent
You pay Honed Assets, not the shop. The shop is paid only when you accept the delivery or 3 days after the files land with no word from you.

The brief lives on the order
Every gig lists the questions it needs answered. You fill them in after paying, on the order page, so nothing gets lost in chat.

Revisions are counted in
Each package says how many revision rounds come with it. Ask from the order page; the shop re-delivers and the clock restarts.

Cancel before delivery
Either side can cancel an undelivered order. The full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

14 days to raise a case
After delivery you have 14 days to open a dispute if the work is off-brief or late. Staff read both sides and can refund the line.
