Ordering a service

Updated September 2026

A service is custom work a shop makes to order: a landing page matched to your brand, an icon set extended in the style you already use, a logo animated. You order it like a product, brief the shop after paying, and the money is held until you accept the delivery.

Finding one

  • Services lists every gig with its price, delivery time and how many revision rounds it includes. Filter by category, or open a shop page.
  • Nothing quite fits? Post what you need on Requests with a budget. Shops that make that kind of thing reply, and can send you a custom offer.

Ordering

  1. On the gig page pick a package. Each package is a licence tier with its own price; Basic, Standard and Premium map to the shop's Personal, Commercial and Extended tiers.
  2. Pay at checkout as you would for any product. The payment goes to Honed Assets and is held for the shop.
  3. The order page opens with a brief box. Say what you need, who it is for, and link anything to match. The shop starts once the brief is in, and you can edit it until they deliver.

The delivery clock starts at payment, so write the brief straight away.

A custom offer instead

A shop can quote you inside a message thread or in reply to your request: a title, a price, delivery days and revisions. Press Accept and pay on the card and you go straight to checkout for exactly that scope. Decline it and the shop sees that too.

Delivery, revisions and accepting the work

Updated September 2026

The shop delivers files to your order page, not to your library. You download them there, then either accept the delivery or ask for a revision.

When the files land

  • You get an email and the order page shows Download delivery with the shop's note.
  • Accept delivery closes the job and releases the shop's payment.
  • Request revision sends it back with your notes. Each gig says how many revision rounds it includes; the counter on the order shows what is left.

If you do nothing

A delivery you neither accept nor send back is accepted for you 3 days after it lands, and the shop is paid. The email and the order page both say the date.

Reviews

Once the job is complete you can review the shop from the gig page, the same way you review a product.

Cancelling a service or getting a refund

Updated September 2026

Before anything is delivered you can cancel with one click for a full refund. After a delivery the route is a revision or a dispute; there is no change-of-mind cancel once work has been handed over.

Before delivery

Open the order and press Cancel and refund on the job card. The full price of that line goes back to your payment method; banks take 5 to 10 days to show it. A shop can also cancel before delivery if it cannot take the work on, and you are refunded the same way.

Orders paid entirely with a gift card cannot be refunded automatically. Open a case and support will sort it out.

After delivery

  1. Ask for a revision first if the job includes one; most problems are fixed there.
  2. If the work still misses the brief, or it never arrived by the due date, open a dispute. Pick The delivered work does not match my brief or The service was not delivered on time.
  3. Support reads the brief, the delivery and the thread, and can refund the line in full or in part.

The window

For a service the 14-day dispute window runs from the delivery, not from payment. A job that is overdue and undelivered can be disputed at any time.
